Markle sparkles for Syd­ney’s In­vic­tus Games

Prince Harry and his bride-to-be Meghan Markle were wel­comed to Aus­tralia House in Lon­don by Prime Min­is­ter Malcolm Turn­bull and wife Lucy last night, ahead of Syd­ney’s In­vic­tus Games, to be spon­sored by West­pac. Guests were treated to Aussies favourites such as lam­ing­tons, An­zac bis­cuits and Tim Tams. Meghan, wear­ing a frilled $550 polyester dress by Self Por­trait and clas­sic $2000 black blazer by Alexan­der McQueen matched with $900 Manolo Blah­nik suede pumps, min­gled with Aus­tralian and Bri­tish war veter­ans, some of whom will com­pete in Syd­ney in Oc­to­ber. Prince Harry founded the In­vic­tus Games Foun­da­tion four years ago and both he and Meghan will at­tend this year’s Games.
