Even the best chefs need a lit­tle in­spi­ra­tion now and again, and Matt hap­pily ad­mits he ‘bor­rowed’ the recipe for his new favourite healthy salad from his friend, Jo.

“I made a great one yes­ter­day — I ac­tu­ally stole the recipe off some­one,” he says.

“It’s easy; you need cooked coloured quinoa, with cu­cum­ber and tomato from the gar­den, then a lit­tle bit of feta, some red onion, some white bal­samic, olive oil and then lots of sea­son­ing.

“It’s de­li­cious. Gone are the days when you think healthy food doesn’t taste good — it’s bblood­y­oody g great.ea “
