CHIOSCO BY ORMEGGIO

The Sunday Telegraph (Sydney) - - INSIDER -

ORMEGGIO’S Alessandro Pavoni had a dream of an Italian seaside village kiosk but it was his wife Anna who took the reins to bring Chiosco — Italian for “kiosk” — to life. While it is part of a marina, many patrons come from near and far to enjoy the popular grilled split king prawns with chilli and lemon, or the housemade tagliatelle with prawn meat all prepared by Italian chefs who Alessandro brought on board to complete his vision.
