PASQUALE’S SHADY MEMENTO

The Sunday Telegraph (Sydney) - - NEWS -

FLAMBOYANT gangster Pasquale Barbaro’s Louis Vuitton sunglasses are still in the chambers of barrister Greg Stanton, where the Mafioso left them just days before his 2016 murder.

At the time Barbaro was on ice-related charges and visited Mr Stanton before a hearing on bail conditions.

But Barbaro walked out of Mr Stanton’s office in Queen’s Square Chambers on Macquarie St forgetting his shades, which still sit on Mr Stanton’s shelf.

“I’ve been tempted to put them up for auction but I feel ethically constrained from doing so,” Mr Stanton said.

“I asked his widow to come and pick them up but they are still there.

“He was a man of great style and distinction.

“I don’t wear Louis Vuitton. I’m more of a Pierre

man.”
