CRICKET power cou­ple Mitchell and Alyssa Starc con­tinue to ex­pand their im­pres­sive prop­erty port­fo­lio.

They have spent $1.95 mil­lion on a near-new Col­laroy Plateau en­ter­tainer.

The four-bed­room, three­bath­room home sold through Ray White agent Paul Franks.

It was built in 2017 with a gourmet stone kitchen, plus an up­stairs and down­stairs liv­ing area and a home of­fice.

A wrap­around tim­ber deck with built-in bar­be­cue leads to the pool.

Their north­ern beaches spendathon be­gan when they paid $5,235,000 for the lux­ury North Curl Curl home of model Jen Hawkins and her builder hus­band Jake Wall.

De­signed by ar­chi­tect Koichi Takada, the five-bed­room, three­bath­room home had a re­sort­style open-plan liv­ing space that flowed on to an al­fresco din­ing area with views over the la­goon and ocean to North Head and Manly.
