M1 crash victims
A COUPLE have been identified as the victims of a fiery multi-vehicle crash on a busy highway south of Sydney.
The M1 Princes Highway was closed for several hours on Friday afternoon after a crash involving six cars and two trucks at West Wollongong.
Police will allege a 65-year-old driver of a Ford Territory changed lanes and cut across the path of a prime mover with a dog trailer attached. A man aged 70 and his partner, aged 54, died when their vehicle caught fire.
