1 BE AWARE Aware­ness is ev­ery­thing. In ev­ery mo­ment you make a choice. Do you choose to be over­whelmed? Or do you choose to be calm and just listen? It’s that sim­ple.

2 AT­TEN­TION PLEASE I al­ways try to be as at­ten­tive as I can be. It’s so hard these days, but we need to share stories and build rap­port with peo­ple. It’s a beau­ti­ful as­pect of con­nect­ing, but it’s one we’ve nearly for­got­ten.

3 LET IT BREATHE I’ve learnt to love meditation. It’s a mo­ment to sit still and be in touch with my­self re­gard­less of what’s go­ing in. Find­ing a way to re­lax for a mo­ment and just breath deep into your belly, you’ll find it re­ally opens you up.
