2 ATTENTION PLEASE I always try to be as attentive as I can be. It’s so hard these days, but we need to share stories and build rapport with people. It’s a beautiful aspect of connecting, but it’s one we’ve nearly forgotten.
3 LET IT BREATHE I’ve learnt to love meditation. It’s a moment to sit still and be in touch with myself regardless of what’s going in. Finding a way to relax for a moment and just breath deep into your belly, you’ll find it really opens you up.
