Bullet fired into brothel
A HEAVILY tattooed man was arrested by Tactical Operations Unit police after a bullet was fired into a brothel in Sydney’s southwest.
Officers arrested the 28-year-old following the incident on Hargreaves Place in Wetherill Park at 2am on Friday.
A single round had been fired into the brothel door.
The Tactical Operations Unit and detectives arrested the suspected shooter at Kemps Creek at 5.30pm on Friday.
He was charged with discharging a firearm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, possessing an unregistered, unauthorised pistol in a public place and failing to leave premises when required.
No one was injured in the early morning shooting.
