‘ No- brainer’ SOS

The Sunday Telegraph (Sydney) - - NEWS -

A CRUISE ship captain says it was a nobrainer to rescue three stricken sailors from a life raft after their motor cruiser sank near New Caledonia.

Captain Alan Dockeray and the crew of the Pacific Dawn plucked Chris Doran, Kevin Doran and Ben Johnson from the open sea on Thursday after their boat hit a huge tug rope. “It was a no-brainer, we had to go help them, but fortunately they were on the route so we didn’t have to turn back,” he joked.
