Pro­fi­cient wait­staff dish up some old-school hos­pi­tal­ity while in the kitchen Alexis Besseau (Est., Bathers’ Pav­il­ion) de­liv­ers clas­sics with a twist. A spin on nicoise re­veals a plate of olive tape­nade, grape toma­toes and dried egg yolk atop tuna sashimi.
