Drug boss in court fight

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, is now in the hands of an interim Spanish government. The final approval, if it comes, would happen after the country’s election on Sunday.
That follows yesterday’s decision by judges to reverse an earlier ruling that threw out the US arrest warrant for being politically motivated.
