Paper gets to bottom of it

The Sunday Times - - News -

A SMALL American town has a new newspaper called The Uranus Examiner.

Editor Natalie Sanders started the “fun” paper that will include local news and promote the tourist town of Uranus — pronounced the way any self-respecting smart-alec schoolboy would say it.

Uranus, on historic Route 66, is known for quirky attractions, including the world’s biggest belt buckle.

In neighbouring Waynesville, Mayor Luge Hardman says she thinks the “innuendo” around the new paper’s name will bring “public ridicule”.
