Flower power

The Tatura Guardian - - News - By Madeleine Caccianiga

Spring has sprung into action showcasing all the colours of the rainbow and more at The Flower Shop in Tatura.

The sun is shining and the weather is starting to warm up and going hand in hand are the colours of spring flowers blooming.

The Flower Shop floral stylist Natasha Jennings joined the team in June this year and said spring was possibly her favourite time of year for flowers.

‘‘It’s a great time of year to get out in the garden and enjoy the sunshine,’’ Ms Jennings said.

She said every season came with its own set of colours and spring was the best time of year for flowers.

‘‘There is no shortage of inspiration for arrangements with flowers blooming and blossoming from every- where,’’ Ms Jennings said.

Learning the trade on the job Ms Jennings said flowers brightened up her day and she could not be happier working in the beautiful shop.

‘‘Flowers brighten up the home all year around, even if it’s by making an arrange- ment yourself from Tatura’s gardens that are looking beautiful at the moment,’’ she said.

Ms Jennings said the native and wildflower arrangements were her favourite.

‘‘I’ve always loved flowers in the garden and this job really makes you appreciate them even more,’’ she said.
