Lots roll up to view vehicles
The Tatura Show and Shine on Sunday was the biggest held since the event’s beginnings five years ago.
Organised by the Goulburn Valley Fins and Fenders Car Club, president Jody Vincitorio said they had 250 cars and motorbikes entered in the event this year.
‘‘That was up from 80 last year,’’ he said.
With almost 2000 people going through the gate, Mr Vincitorio said they expected the event to get bigger each year.
‘‘It is a gold coin entry and $5 to enter your car or motorbike,’’ he said.
‘‘The money we raise gets poured back into the Tatura community.’’
Held at the Tatura Racecourse, Mr Vincitorio said the weather was perfect for the event.
