Next Saturday, the columns and features you’ve enjoyed in this section move to an exciting new home: Life in The Weekend Australian Magazine.
The glossy magazine’s new 30-page section will showcase the best and brightest lifestyle features and columns, including many of your favourites from these pages. John Lethlean’s popular food column will be there, along with his mustread restaurant reviews; fashion editor Glynis Traill-Nash presides over an expanded style section; and the best of our Prestige Property pages find a natural home alongside Home Hunt.
Bernard Salt brings his special spin on modern life to a weekly column in the magazine, and Jeremy Clarkson takes the wheel there, too, riding shotgun with our motoring editor Philip King. Gardens will be tended by Helen Young and we say a fond farewell to Holly Kerr Forsyth, who’ll be embracing her own exciting new projects.
And we have haven’t forgotten your other favourites ...
On Saturdays, Mystic Medusa will read the stars in the Review lift-out, and John
Connolly’s car industry column moves to the Business pages. Ruth Ostrow’s fortnightly column will appear every other Monday on the newspaper’s daily Life page, alternating with James Jeffrey.
We raise a final toast in these pages to wine writer Max Allen, who joins the daily
Life page on Tuesday ... and to you, our valued readers. See you next weekend.
