Flashing lasers and groovy tunes were pumping from local hipster hangout Billy’s Coffee Shop for an information night with EnVizion.
EnVizion put on a spread of pizza and refreshments while informing the crowd about the Entrepreneurs of the Future program. As I was admiring the incredible cultural paintings that adorned the walls, Maria Leonardi from EnVizion said she loved how the artwork changed from week to week, thanks to local young and emerging contemporary artists.
Sade BinGarape-Minniecon has been announced as the program’s Pace Setter. She has aspirations of becoming a positive leader to help indigenous people to discover their passion and turn it into a career. Even though schoolies was about to kick off you could see participants – whose varied interests and passions included fashion design, social media, 3D printing, horse kit design and gift hampers – were engaged.
