A WORLD of fast fun in Abu Dhabi

Set to open its gates next year, Fer­rari World will nat­u­rally fea­ture the world’s “fastest” roller coaster.

LO­CATED in Abu Dhabi, Fer­rari World is the world’s first Fer­rari theme park and largest at­trac­tion of its kind.

The park will be an in­tense mul­ti­sen­sory ex­pe­ri­ence and a must-visit for en­thu­si­asts, fans and fam­i­lies.

It pays trib­ute to the pas­sion, ex­cel­lence, per­for­mance, tech­ni­cal in­no­va­tion that Fer­rari has es­tab­lished over the years.

The stun­ning sleek red roof is di­rectly in­spired by the clas­sic dou­ble curve side pro­file of the Fer­rari GT body, span­ning 200,000sq m and car­ry­ing the largest Fer­rari logo ever cre­ated.

The park will host a num­ber of at­trac­tions, in­clud­ing rides for chil­dren of all ages, pro­vid­ing the com­plete Fer­rari ex­pe­ri­ence.

More than 20 state-of-the-art at­trac­tions are each de­signed to bring to life a dif­fer­ent part of the Fer­rari story.

They in­clude the world’s fastest roller­coaster, trav­el­ling at speeds ex­ceed­ing 200km/h and em­u­lat­ing the thrilling sen­sa­tion of be­ing in a Fer­rari F1 car or the G-force ex­pe­ri­ence tak­ing pas­sen­gers on an adrenalinepump­ing ride up over 62m, through the roof and back down again, as well as an aerial voy­age over Italy, fol­low­ing a Fer­rari. The unique ex­pe­ri­ences of­fered at Fer­rari World Abu Dhabi will be com­ple­mented by a wide va­ri­ety of Ital­ian del­i­ca­cies and unique shop­ping ex­pe­ri­ences.

The park is lo­cated on Yas Is­land, set to be­come a global tourist des­ti­na­tion with a wide range of ac­com­mo­da­tion and en­ter­tain­ment fa­cil­i­ties, on the north-east side of Abu Dhabi’s main­land.

A to­tal of 12,370 tonnes of steel, 29,000sq m of fa­cade glaz­ing and 165,000sq m of roof cladding were used to cre­ate the park’s su­per­struc­ture which was com­pleted in 14 months.
