Hi five for Soul
KIA’S funky Soul has joined the five-star brigade with news the style-leader is now a safety leader as well.
ANCAP (Australasian New Car Assessment Program) awarded the Soul its highest rating after upgrades to the model which saw the inclusion of standard electronic stability control across the range, seatbelt reminders on all five seats and an anchor-point pretensioner for the driver.
RISING BRAND VALUE
HYUNDAI Motor Company, saw its brand value quotient increase by 9.3 per cent year on year (Aug 09 to Aug 10) in the 2010 Best Global Brands survey conducted by Interbrand.
Interbrand are the publishers of the ranking of The Best Global Brands survey, and conducts the study annually which has included Hyundai for the past six consecutive years.
During this time the brand has seen a steady increase in brand value rising from position No.84 in 2004 to No.65 in 2010+ representing a growth rate of 9.3 per cent last year and significantly outperforming the industrys average growth rate of 2.8 per cent.
