Estate offers buyers Peak of perfection

OFFERING privacy, cool breezes, elevated living with stunning mountain stream and rainforest views, there is little more perfect than Red Peak Forest Estate’s latest land release – Stage 8A.

There are only three of these highly sought 1000sq m benched allotments available, which have been carefully designed and positioned to capture the very best of Red Peak living at Caravonica, one of Cairns’ most desirable suburbs.

Conveniently located just a stone’s throw from Smithfield and about a 10-minute drive from Cairns’ airport and CBD, this land release represents the initial extension of the sold out Stage 7, and is accessed by Red Peak Boulevard.

Red Peak Forest Estate developer Vince Oberdan said that although Stage 7 had now been sold, Stage 8A as well as previously completed stages 6 and 10A ensured there was a good selection of land to suit all buyers and their budgets.

“Stage 10A is positioned in a great location close to the recreational lake and parklands and is likely to attract upgraders or entry-level purchasers, with land starting from $280,000, while Stage 6 offers incredible views of the Northern Beaches, Green Island and Barron Gorge. Land within Stage 8A starts from $350,000,” he said.

Adding to the estate’s appeal as one of the most favoured places in Cairns are feng shui principals, which have been incorporated into the heart of this master-planned community.

“Feng shui really comes down to good design, which made sense in a residential development like ours with the rainforest right on our doorstep,” Mr Oberdan said.

“Incorporating it into the initial stages meant we could ideally position roads, ensuring they were wide and curved, as well as offer plenty of open space with significant rocks placed in the area.”

All allotments have access to underground services including sewer, water, electricity, telecommunications, and gas.

Driveways have been gravelled and building pads have been cut ready for construction.
