Oceans Edge land remains in demand

ONLY 15 home sites are left to be sold at Oceans Edge, a private masterplanned community close to the Palm Cove beach.

Oceans Edge sales consultant Jane Hill said the blocks ranged in size from 510sq m to 2243sq m in the elevated Hillside release and featured mountain views with several backing on to natural bushland.

“The 50 home sites at Beachlink have all been sold and there is a flurry of building activity underway at Oceans Edge with 14 homes under construction and 10 starts pending,” she said.
