Canal-front living is available for the discerning buyer with this sizeable block of land for sale in the exclusive enclave of Brindabella Quay

A SIZEABLE northeast-facing block at blueribbon address Brindabella Quay in the Bluewater Harbour Estate at Trinity Park is attracting strong interest from interstate buyers.

The 1350sq m property at 16 Brindabella Quay with 30m of water frontage is set to go under the hammer on October 30 at 10.15am with RE/MAX.

Brindabella Quay is fast emerging as millionaire’s row with record-breaking prices recorded.

RE/MAX agent Sean Thorpe said the double block had a subdivision in place, “so you could build two homes, or build one home and land bank”.

“A block in Brindabella recently sold for $1,050,000 and it is less than half the size of this one,” he said.

“We’ve had extremely high buyer inquiries with a lot of interstate interest, people on the Gold Coast who own catamarans – the 30m water frontage is quite rare.”

RE/MAX is offering buyers access to Troy Cavallaro at Allora Homes for a complimentary design consultation with the team to create initial sketches, plans and costings.

“Troy has already had a couple of one-onone meetings,” Mr Thorpe said.

He said comparable properties in the immediate area were 2 Brindabella Quay, which is for sale with offers of more than $1m sought, and 14 Ragamuffin Quay, with offers of more than $1m also sought.

He pointed to recent sales including 12 Apollo Quay, which sold in August for $810,000, and 135 Harbour Drive, Trinity Park, which sold in March for $850,000.
