Country club opens and new land release becomes available as Botanica Lifestyle Resort continues to flourish and grow

-

The Botanica Lifestyle Resort over-50s community is celebrating the opening of its luxury country club and the release of a new stage of sites. Hundreds of local tradespeople, suppliers and small businesses have worked on the homes, luxury facilities and infrastructure at Botanica, providing a critical boost for the Cairns construction sector over the past few years.

With more than 165 residents now living at the resort, the community continues to grow, with the recent opening of the Botanica House country club and release of Birdwing Forest, a unique release of land surrounded by nature at the Caravonica site.

Troy Cavallaro from Allaro Homes commended the Botanica team for creating local jobs and utilising an array of Far Northern tradies and suppliers throughout the life of the project.

“I would say Allaro alone contracts to about 75 local businesses and probably 100 tradespeople have jobs directly associated with Botanica,” Mr Cavallaro said.

“Botanica has pushed for excellence in the design and functionality of not only the homes but also the world-class central facilities. The newly opened Botanica House country club is really something to see as I would think it’s the best of its kind in Far North Queensland.

“The level of detail and the amenity it brings to the resort is quite amazing. I can only commend the development and management team at Botanica for their commitment to using local trades and services.”

Botanica director Robert Wallace thanked the local tradespeople, businesses and suppliers who had contributed to the resort’s success, with more to come given the release of Birdwing Forest.

“This stage has truly unique and highly soughtafter sites, with most of them having no rear neighbours and some select sites backing onto the nature reserve that cocoons the resort,” Mr Wallace said.

“If you’re seeking the tranquillity of being surrounded by nature then now is the time to create a Botanica lifestyle of your own.”

Botanica Lifestyle Resort will soon host an open day for the broader community to experience the luxury country club and discover the wide array of social activities and wellbeing benefits the over-50s community has to offer.

Botanica is a secure gated community offering bespoke homes. Residents pay no entry or exit fees, no stamp duty, no council general rates and keep all capital gains. The architecturally designed homes at Botanica Lifestyle Resort are low maintenance and pet-friendly.
