EDUCATION

Teachers and educators must complete a Bachelor of Education to take on a role in schools. High school teachers will have a specific skill in an area such as music, languages or science and teach that as a speciality. Primary school teachers have a more generic skill set to provide the foundation for literacy and numeracy skills in children. Some other professionals with a bachelor degree may only need to complete a diploma in education to gain a teaching role.
