Boys cheer for their heroes

-

RABBITOHS fan Heath Callaghan will be cheering for his team in Sunday’s game, even as many of his fellow junior league players root for the Cowboys.

Growing up in a Melbourne Storm family, the Manunda boy isn’t afraid to stand out.

“My favourite player’s Alex Johnston – he’s a winger and I’m a winger,” he said.

With the Rabbitohs in a strong position going into the game, Heath is hoping to have plenty to brag about.

Meanwhile, his Cowboy-supporting young nephew Izrael Jai-Gara will be cheering on Johnathan Thurston at Barlow Park.
