EDUCATION

Leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills are important in an operations manager’s role which do not generally come from formal education. Experience is a more valuable quality, however, some managers may have completed a bachelor’s degree in management, business, finance, marketing or another relevant field. Operations managers oversee their organisation’s production of goods and/or services and must make sure they exceed expectation.
