This sector includes workers such as machine operators and courier drivers. 2 ICT The portion of satisfied ICT workers increased by 9 per cent in the past year – growing from 61 per cent to 70 per cent. This sector includes workers such as programmers and network administrators.

3 HOSPITALITY & TOURISM

About 59 per cent of workers in this field are satisfied in their careers, up by 3 per cent year-on-year. This sector includes waiters and housekeepers.

4 ACCOUNTING

Career satisfaction is reported by 62 per cent of workers in this field. Although below the workforce average of 64 per cent, this is 2 per cent more than last year.

5 EDUCATION & TRAINING

There has been a 2 per cent increase in career satisfaction among these workers, which includes teachers, childcare workers and tutors. It has grown to 74 per cent in the past year.
