Snakes sink fangs into lab work

-

TAIPANS coach Mike Kelly believes his club will be the envy of the NBL following CQ University’s exercise and sports science laboratories officially opening yesterday at the Fish Tank.

The labs will complement the University’s Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Sciences courses as well as students and researchers working alongside the Taipans playing group.

“It is really exciting for us and cutting edge as far as sports science is concerned,” Kelly said. “That is what we are in, trying to get better, even if it is just 1 per cent this season and adding to that.

“It is a way for us to get better and that is our aim every day.

“The stuff that I have already seen — it will be great for us.” See the video at cairnspost.com.au
