GET an in­tro­duc­tion to the sour and spicy sub­tleties of Thai food with the Life’s Feast A Tasty Thai Class at Cairns Cook­ing School. Chef Cather­ine will teach you how to cre­ate the per­fect bal­ance of flavour and the es­sen­tial in­gre­di­ents you should have in your pantry. You will learn a range of tra­di­tional recipes in­clud­ing mi­angs, tasty pump­kin, tofu and glass noo­dle crisp rolls, red curry of chicken, pineap­ple and Thai basil. Whether you're a com­pe­tent cook, or are new with ex­plor­ing Asian flavours, this class is filled with ex­plo­sions of flavours, tastes and aro­mas. All in­gre­di­ents will be cho­sen by the teach­ers and you will be able to feast on what you pre­pare or take them home to share with fam­ily and friends. The class is on Oc­to­ber 28, 12-3pm, book­ing re­quired.
