GET an introducti­on to the sour and spicy subtleties of Thai food with the Life’s Feast A Tasty Thai Class at Cairns Cooking School. Chef Catherine will teach you how to create the perfect balance of flavour and the essential ingredient­s you should have in your pantry. You will learn a range of traditiona­l recipes including miangs, tasty pumpkin, tofu and glass noodle crisp rolls, red curry of chicken, pineapple and Thai basil. Whether you're a competent cook, or are new with exploring Asian flavours, this class is filled with explosions of flavours, tastes and aromas. All ingredient­s will be chosen by the teachers and you will be able to feast on what you prepare or take them home to share with family and friends. The class is on October 28, 12-3pm, booking required.
