In yesterday’s Cairns Post, the story ‘Tree to light up the Esplanade’, quoted Mayor Bob Manning saying decorations had been designed by local art students. He was referring to the decorations on the Shields Street Community Christmas concert space and not the Esplanade Christmas tree as implied in the article.
