CHRISTMAS TIME IN PARADISE

SPEND your Christmas Day sitting by a beach at Fitzroy Island. Fitzroy Island Resort will celebrate the holiday by putting on a deluxe Christmas buffet with all of the trimmings. The buffet menu will have everything you need to enjoy a Christmas lunch as if you were back home, with a selection of breads and salads, deli and seafood. For the main course, enjoy herb and mustard-rubbed rib eye with béarnaise sauce, grilled Barramundi on a bed of aromatic couscous, clove and sticky sauce-glazed leg ham, roast turkey and a selection of roast vegetables. Polish it off with something sweet from the dessert tray. Let the staff do the work while you put your feet up and enjoy the views over Welcome Bay and celebrate with family and friends.

The Christmas cheer will be spread everywhere with festive decorations, carols, bonbons and a special visit from Santa Claus with a few Christmas surprises for the kids. Come for the day on the Fitzroy Flyer from Cairns which takes just 45 minutes departing at 8am or 11am and returning at 5pm.
