ICAC probe on guards
NSW’S anti- corruption watchdog is probing allegations that private security guards at the University of Sydney have been submitting fake timesheets for a decade.
The Independent Commission Against Corruption will hold a four-week public inquiry from mid-February into the allegations that false timesheets have been submitted to the university for payment since 2009.
The watchdog will also investigate whether any university staff were bribed to help the security guards allegedly involved in the scam.
