CHILDCARE FEES

The Department of Education said the reopening of schools will not affect the Federal childcare subsidies. On April 2, the Australian Government announced the Early Childhood Education and Care Relief Package.

To ensure ongoing access to early childhood education, care services that remain open, and have children enrolled, will receive a weekly payment to ensure they can deliver education and care to families who need it.

The end date for the Relief Package remains June 28.
