BANG BANG … IT’S ON THE MARKET

- ARUN SINGH MANN

A STAPLE in Mission Beach’s hospitality scene located in one of the town’s busiest areas has been listed on the market after nine years of trading with its current owner.

Cafe Bang Bang, located in the

Mission Beach Woolworths complex was purchased by qualified chef Clare James in 2013 who had previously operated a catering company.

Now, the cafe has been listed with Tropical Property Mission Beach’s Tania Steele who said there were “very few opportunities to secure

such a high-profile location that would guarantee consistent trade.”

“The seller is happy to give as much training as required to ensure a smooth transition,” she said.

“This really is a lifestyle business with the seller’s involvement just three days per week and yet it still

nets a healthy salary. The plant and equipment are all in good condition and there’s a professionally built and hosted website.”

The cafe has been listed for $215,000 and comes after locals recently called for more hospitality venues to open at Mission Beach.
