FNQ representative rugby teams ready to face Brolgas

THE recruitment of Chad Townsend to the Cowboys has not only spirited a rise up the NRL ladder, it has undeniably unlocked the ability of a young gun touted as a future leader of the club.

The arrival of the former Cronulla premiership winner has been the catalyst for the rise of Tom Dearden, and the pair together steered the Cowboys out of the doldrums and into the top four.
