Rail project session
Northern Grampians Shire’s business community will hear at a briefing session at St Arnaud today how it and jobs seekers can benefit from the Murray Basin Rail Project.
The session will showcase opportunities surrounding the project in the wake of work on an Ararat to Maryborough standard-gauge rail line this month.
Murray Basin Rail Project, Mcconnell Dowell Martinus Rail Joint Venture, MMJV, and Northern Grampians Shire Council are presenting the free-of-charge supplier and jobseeker briefing session.
Today’s session, from 5.30pm to 7pm, will feature presenters including MMJV project manager Kevin Mcalpine and human resources manager Paul Edwards.
