Country music passes on sale
Festival Passes for the 11th Horsham Country Music Festival are on sale at Horsham Visitor Information Centre.
Festival co-ordinator Lyall Wheaton said the festival tickets, which entitled patrons to attend all four days of the event, were $65, the same as last year.
“Four artists will be making their festival debut – John O’dea from Orroroo in South Australia, along with Robyn Gleeson from Warrnambool, Yarrawonga’s Norm Price and youngsters Lachie and Georgie Mcgennisken from Traralgon,” he said.
The festival is from March 22 to 25. Festival programs are also available from the visitor centre.
Mr Wheaton Lachie and said 11-yearold nine-year-old Georgie would be the youngest artists to sing on the main stage in the festival’s history.
“Other favourites returning are Kiara Rodrigues and Laura Downing from Brisbane, Don Costa from the Sunshine Coast, Dwayne Elix from Sydney, Joy Adams from New Zealand and Victorians Trevor Keilar and Justin Standley,” he said.
