HELPING WHILE HOME:

Wimmera greyhound trainer Ian Bibby, who has had recent success with his Crymelon Kennels dogs, had a special helper during Horsham Greyhound Racing Club’s meeting last night. Racing included the Crymelon Kennels maiden 410-metre final, named in his honour, and on hand to help with his dogs was his grand-daughter and Warracknabeal star basketball-playing export Chloe Bibby. Chloe is back home from the United States after a big debut year playing basketball as a freshman for National Collegiate Athletic Association division-one grand finalist Mississippi State University. She will return to America later this month to prepare for next season. Ian and Chloe are pictured with greyhound Crymelon Rip.
