Students talk sustainability

St Arnaud Primary School students are helping to build a brighter future through a school-wide focus on sustainability.

Students and teachers have been focusing on the importance of recycling, responsible waste disposal and ongoing sustainability.

Northern Grampians Shire Council has provided ecobin systems for the school’s classrooms.

The aim is for students to take their newfound knowledge into the wider community and help to implement recycling programs.

Northern Grampians mayor Tony Driscoll commended the school for delivering lifelong lessons.
