For the past two years, Paul and his team of Brad, Andrew and Roo have been servicing the Wimmera within a 100km radius of Horsham.

Paul grew up on a farm before moving to a career in accounting and business software.

After a while he decided he wanted to get back to being outside and ‘getting as close to the land as possible’.

Jim’s Mowing provides extensive services to both commercial and domestic clients, from mowing, gardening maintenance, pruning, hedging, spraying and rubbish removal to irrigation and sprinkler systems.

Coming into winter, it is important to make sure the gutters are clean to avoid flooding as the rain comes.

This is a job made easy for Jim’s Mowing thanks to a new machine that allows both single and second story gutters to be cleaned from the ground.

“It has a camera attached to the end so we can see what is going on while we’re safely on the ground,” Paul said.

“It is easier for us to do gutter inspections without the restrictions of trees and other debris.”

Gutter inspections are quoted at $66, but are free for the months of March and April.

The boys at Jim’s Mowing will ensure the job is finished on time and to the highest standard.

“We have a good team of boys on board now which really helps us to get the job done,” Paul said.
