Nhill skate park plan

Hind­marsh Shire Coun­cil has in­vited res­i­dents to have a say on the fi­nal de­sign of a new Nhill Skate Park at a con­sul­ta­tion ses­sion on Mon­day.

Mayor Ron Is­may in­vited po­ten­tial users and other in­ter­ested res­i­dents to at­tend the ses­sion in the coun­cil cham­bers in Nel­son Street from 4pm.

“Fol­low­ing the of­fi­cial open­ings of the new skate parks at Dim­boola and Rain­bow, coun­cil is now fo­cus­ing on fi­nal­is­ing the de­sign for the new Nhill Skate Park be­fore go­ing out for ten­der,” he said.

“We en­cour­age peo­ple to at­tend the con­sul­ta­tion as it will pro­vide an ex­cel­lent op­por­tu­nity to have in­put into the fi­nal de­sign.”
