Distinguished ride

A group of Wimmera motorcycle enthusiasts will don dapper attire for the 2018 Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride on Sunday.

Participants will board classic and vintage motorcycles in Horsham and ride to Natimuk and back.

Co-ordinator Jenni Papst said the event raised money for the Movember Foundation, which went towards prostate cancer research and suicide prevention.

“What is so good about this event is that not only do we raise money for such a worthy cause, but it gets people talking more openly about men’s health,” she said.

Ride participants must register online at www.gentlemansride.com/rides/austral ia/horsham. Earlier this month, a complementary Dapper Stomp event raised more than $7200 for the cause.
