Stawell dance students set for show

Stawell Ballet School is putting the final touches on preparations for its annual concert on Saturday.

The school’s students have been working hard on the show, which will showcase not just classical ballet, but other genres such as modern dance, contemporary hip-hop, jazz, tap, cheer and acrobatique.

Participants will also perform a new ‘Ready Set Dance’ section featuring fathers and daughters.

A ‘Ready Set Dance’ program will be offered in 2019 and is for students aged two to five.

Linda Grigg, a nationally accredited teacher, will direct the show.
