Vic­to­ria State Emer­gency Ser­vice Hor­sham unit is us­ing money from in­sur­ance part­ner AAMI WR EX\ HTXLSPHQW WR KHOS YROXQWHHUV UHVSRQG WR in­ci­dents in the re­gion.

Pur­chases in­clude hy­draulic res­cue and power tools, chain­saws, gen­er­a­tors and remote-area OLJKWLQJ HTXLSPHQW

AAMI, VICSES’ prin­ci­pal com­mu­nity part­ner since 2002, has pro­vided $600,000 to the re­sponse or­gan­i­sa­tion this year.

Last year the VICSES Hor­sham unit re­sponded to more than 61 emer­gency calls for help. The PDMRULW\ RI UHTXHVWV ZHUH URDG UHVFXHV

Hor­sham unit is one of 102 units across the state ac­cred­ited in road res­cues.

Hor­sham unit con­troller Jar­rod Mclean said AAMI had been a fan­tas­tic part­ner for many years.
