Cricket resumes after break

Cricket will return to the Wimmera at the weekend with matches in all three leagues across the region.

Horsham Cricket Association A Grade will resume with a T20 round at Horsham City Oval on Saturday.

Ladder-leader Homers will take on Jung Tigers at 1pm, Horsham Saints and Rupanyupminyip will play each other at 4pm, and Laharum will square off against West Wimmera at 7pm.

Grampians Cricket Association will feature two one-day games, with Buangor-tatyoon playing host to Pomonal at Tatyoon and St Andrews at home to Youth Club at Alexandra Oval.

Aradale, Swifts-great Western and Halls Gap each have byes.

In Wimmera-mallee Cricket Association a top-of-the-table showdown between Brimkellalac-sheep Hills and Donald will be at Brim.

St Arnaud will travel to face off against Birchip as both teams look to stay in touch with the top four, and Marnoo will host St Mary’s.
