Wimmera Toy Library will run free ‘Stay and Play’ days during the school holidays.

From 10am to 11.30am on Monday, April 8 and 15, families with children aged six and under are encouraged to visit Horsham’s Kalkee Road Children’s and Community Hub.

Toy library grants officer Jackie Norris said a selection of toys would be available for children to play with, with tea and coffee on offer for parents.

“It is something our members have suggested quite a bit, especially because a lot of the play groups close during the school holidays,” she said.

“It is great for children and helps keep them entertained. We always have new toys available, and it is great for their learning too.”
