Anne Webster, attempting to step into the shoes of Andrew Broad to keep the seat in the hands of the Nationals, is fifth.
Independent Ray Kingston of Rupanyup sits 10th and Balmoral’s Rick Millar representing Australia United Party is 12th.
Zephlyn Taylor from the Greens is at the top of a Wannon electorate ballot paper featuring five candidates.
United Australia’s Josh Wallace is second, Stawell’s Maurice Billi from the Labor Party third and independent Alex Dyson fourth.
Sitting Liberal member and Education Minister Dan Tehan is fifth on the paper.
Voters will go to the polls on May 18.
