Grants open

Ararat Rural City Council is encouraginge community groups, clubs and organisations across the municipality to apply for the latest round of a community grants program.

Mayor Jo Armstrong said supporting the diversity of community groups and clubs across the municipality was an important function of the council.

“We encourage groups to be innovative and creative in addressing needs within your community,” she said.

“Strong and inclusive communities are the lifeblood of our region and what makes Ararat Rural City a great place to live.”
