Bowlers show class

Horsham lawn bowlers showed their class at Wimmera weekend pennant lawn bowls grand finals at Natimuk Bowling Club.

Horsham City Bowling Club teams enjoyed a clean sweep of first and second-division titles, while Horsham Golf and Bowls Club claimed the division-three flag.

Results: Division 1: Horsham City One, shots: 73, points: 22 beat Horsham Golf One, shots 68: points: 4; Division 2: Horsham City Two, shots: 83, points: 24 beat Sunnyside shots: 74, points: 2; Division 3: Horsham Golf Three, shots: 76, points: 26 beat Dimboola 3, shots: 47, points: 0.
