Talent takes centre stage in Ararat

An Ararat Eisteddfod has provided a platform to showcase talent and culture.

Dancers performed at Ararat’s Town Hall in solo, duo, trio and troupes.

Ararat Dance Centre, Dynamic Dance Ararat and Portland

Danz X-tensions dancers performed during the five-day event.

Ararat Eisteddfod secretary Chris Harris thanked the many volunteers who offered their time to bring the event to life.

Mrs Harris said Melbourne’s

April Mcmahon and Tania Attard-o’dwyer judged the event.

“We are excited to be back, and the smiles on the student’s faces and teachers says it all for the committee,” she said.
