A sweet, easy side dish

SWEET potato slice can make a great side or lunch box filler for a week.

It can’t get much eas­ier than this!


1 sweet grated potato 1 grated zuc­chini 4 ba­con rash­ers, chopped 1 onion, diced

4 eggs

1 cup self-rais­ing flour 1 cup cheese grated

1 tbs gar­lic

1 tbs chives

1 pinch pep­per to taste


Add all in­gre­di­ents to­gether and mix well.

Place into a non stick slice tray.

Bake at 180C fan forced for 40-50 min­utes. That’s it.

The kids love it!
